There is also an image at the bottom if you wish to cancel your membership at this time. Please note that should you cancel a membership your subscription will remain active until the end of the current payment period. You won’t be able to resubscribe until that expiry date has passed.
Step 1. Login into your friends account. Your username is the email address you used when subscribing. If you have not set a password as yet you should first create one using the ‘Forgot Password‘ link on the login screen. Doing so will send you an email with instructions for setting a password.
Step 2. Once logged in go to the top menu and select your Account section.
Step 3. Select the Subscription link from the row of options.
Step 4. Now you can see any active subscription you might have. You can chose to Update (your payment details) Change Plan (Upgrade the level of membership) OR cancel your subscription if needed.
Step 5. To update your payment details select the Update option and then complete your new card details. Be sure to complete all areas in red and check your billing country is correct for the card being used. Press SUBMIT when all is complete.
Cancelling your Friends membership
From Step 4. Select the cancel button. This will automatically cancel your current subscription. It will remain active until the end of the current monthly payment period.
